Breech presentation is when a baby's buttocks feet or both are in place to come out first during delivery.
It happens when there is more than one fetus in the uterus or when there is too much or too little amniotic fluid.
Some breech babies can be safely delivered through the vagina but doctors deliver them by C-section.
My advice to pregnant women out there, you should always consult your heath practitioner. Do ultrasound scan especially when you are in third trimester, you should know the position of your baby and the method of birth delivery. Don't wait until you are in labor.
They should attend all the check-ups
